About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Paralegal to join our team in Central Sydney. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing high-quality legal services to our clients, including employment law advice and assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide employment law advice and assistance to clients
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform legal advice and decisions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve organisational goals
Requirements
  • Strong organisational and client service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • Interest in and understanding of employment law issues
