About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Paralegal to join our team in Central Sydney. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and assistance to clients, as well as supporting the work of our lawyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice and assistance to clients on employment law matters
  • Support the work of our lawyers in preparing and presenting cases
  • Conduct research and analysis on employment law issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Hold Australian or NZ citizenship, or Australian Permanent Residency
  • Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Be willing to do a Criminal Record Check
  • Have good organisational and client service skills
  • Have good oral and written communication skills
