Job Title: Integrated Case Management Specialist

The role of the Integrated Case Management Specialist is to provide high-quality professional casework services to young people who are subject to a youth justice intervention.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong assessment and intervention skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders. As an Integrated Case Management Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver best practice statutory casework services to young people with minimal supervision.
  • Prepare and present information and evidence to the Children's Court.
  • Engage with and establish partnerships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the therapeutic alliance to achieve quality casework outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated cultural capability and/or a commitment to developing cultural capability.
  • High level assessment and intervention skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prepare and present information and evidence to the Children's Court.
