As a Customer Experience Specialist Trainee, you will represent Subaru as a trusted advisor, supporting customers both in-store and online from their first enquiry through to post-delivery follow-up.
Key Responsibilities- Learnto develop product knowledge to deliver comprehensive and informative demonstrations to customers.
- Provide a high standard of customer service for in-store queries, supporting the team in addressing questions about vehicles, aftermarket products, and financial services.
- Learnto clearly explain product benefits and features to build strong customer relationships, using interpersonal skills, asking clarifying questions, and anticipating customer needs.
- Help to prepare and process sales contracts as needed.
- Assist with customer trade-ins and document processing on delivery day.
