Risk and Benefits Manager Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of skilled professionals as a Risk and Benefits Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Project Controls Team within a Project Management Office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop risk management approaches that align with organisational goals;
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to identify and assess risks;
  • Manage a register of risks and issues to provide a comprehensive record;
  • Conduct assessments of risk probability, impact and timing to inform decision-making;
  • Implement risk management tools to enhance organisational resilience;
  • Develop frameworks for assurance support to ensure robust control environments;
  • Coordinate risk and issue reviews to evaluate control effectiveness;
  • Raise awareness of risk management strategies across the organisation;
  • Undertake other risk management tasks as required to achieve business objectives.

  • Developing comprehensive benefits reporting;
  • Ensuring benefit owners are appointed and benefits are managed effectively;
