Executive Recruitment Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Team Leader to lead our high-performing team in delivering exceptional recruitment services.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor a small team of workforce specialists to meet performance goals and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Support the program director in achieving strategic and operational outcomes through effective collaboration and communication.
- Manage rate reviews, award updates, and ensure compliance with relevant workforce regulations.
- Oversee Statement of Work (SOW) processes to guarantee accurate execution and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client needs and allocate resources effectively to drive business growth and improvement.
- Drive operational efficiency through process improvement and data-driven decision-making to enhance overall performance.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
- Generate performance reports and identify opportunities for growth and improvement to inform strategic decisions.
- Proven experience in MSP operations or as a team leader in a recruitment agency, with a strong track record of success.
- Deep understanding of Vendor Management System (VMS) platforms and workforce management systems, including their functionality and best practices.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for developing teams and driving individual performance.
- Attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in process-driven environments and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Experience with high-volume candidate operations and service delivery, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and negotiate effectively.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data, drive performance, and improve operational efficiency through evidence-based decision-making.
