Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a dynamic leader to drive brand positioning, customer experience, and integrated marketing across Western Australian and Tasmanian operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an integrated, purpose-led brand and marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Position our family of brands as sector leaders through compelling storytelling and multi-channel engagement.
  • Drive growth and strengthen long-term community connection through customer-centred experiences.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in senior leadership roles, with expertise in marketing strategy, team management, and stakeholder engagement. They will be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, clients, and the wider community.

Essential Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a non-profit or government organisation.
  • Strong marketing and communication skills, with experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
