Job Description:

The role of Senior Contract Administrator involves administering construction and services contracts to support the execution of a major energy project. The administrator will be responsible for ensuring compliance, performance, and value across the supply chain.

This includes coordinating with site teams, including construction, interface management, engineering, planning, HSE, and quality, to ensure contract deliverables are met safely and in a timely manner.

The Senior Contract Administrator will also be responsible for administering nominated packages, including notices, variations, site instructions, and extensions of time.

In addition, they will oversee the processing of all contract progress claims through to payment certificate and payments.

Furthermore, they will support the project services team with cost and schedule forecasting and reporting, as well as claim reviews and milestone assessments.

The successful candidate will have experience in contract formulation and extensive contract administration experience in executing major projects in a PMC/EPCM organization.
