Job Description

As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Front Office operations on shift. This involves managing guest experiences, team performance, and hotel operations.

You will have authentic conversations with guests, oversee hotel operations, respond to emergencies, and lead the team to deliver results that positively impact guest experience and overall Hotel performance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Front Office operations on shift, ensuring seamless guest experiences and team performance.
  • Manage guest interactions, resolving issues, queries or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Oversee hotel operations in the absence of Senior Management, making informed decisions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Respond to critical emergency situations, providing calm and effective leadership.
  • Develop and support the team to drive results, improve skills, and enhance guest experiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills. You should be able to manage teams, develop skills, and drive results. You must also be approachable, empathetic, and responsive to guests' needs.

A strong understanding of hotel operations and customer service principles is essential. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
