Pool Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Pool Supervisor to join our team. As a Pool Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining supervision and safety of the Pool area.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of pool safety procedures and first aid techniques. They will also possess excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Providing safety advice, performing rescues, first aid and resuscitation as required
  • Removing pool covers when opening the pool and recovering at closing periods
  • Conducting daily safety checks, removing leaves/debris, testing chlorine and pH levels of the water, starting pumps etc.
  • Responding to general enquires/questions as needed

Key Requirements:

  • Hold a valid driver's license with own reliable vehicle
  • Possess current Pool Lifeguard Certification
  • Have knowledge of first aid principles and practices
  • Clear Working with Children Check
