Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Support Worker.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality care and support to older adults in their own homes.

As a Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as cleaning, tidying, washing, and other tasks within their care plan.

You will also provide transport to appointments and shopping, meal preparation, social support or respite for family/carers, and personal care including assistance with showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained).

Our ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for providing high-quality care to older Australians in the community.

They will be comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people and possess good communication skills.

They must be a reliable team player and have an understanding of workplace health and safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support (highly regarded but not essential)
  • An Australian driver's licence and access to a registered motor vehicle (essential)
