This role combines technical skills with a desire to provide genuine support and deliver strategic consulting to clients. As a Technical Account Manager, you will work closely with our teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to multiple end customers.

We are seeking an experienced IT professional with a deep understanding of Managed Services and a passion for helping clients understand and use technology within their business.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering outstanding support and advice in an MSP or integrator environment, with experience managing relationships with small to mid-scale clients across various industries.

In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Managing client relationships and delivering exceptional support and advice;
  • Collaborating with our service desk, field techs, and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions;
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to meet client needs;
  • Providing pre-sales consulting and guidance to clients;
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on client activity.
