Early Childhood Educator Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children. This involves creating a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development.

A strong focus on building meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues is essential in this role. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing engaging early learning programs
  • Leading and guiding teams in creating innovative educational experiences
  • Documenting and sharing children's progress with families
  • Actively contributing to the implementation of curriculum frameworks

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
  • Prior experience in long day-care settings
  • Sound knowledge of NQF and EYLF frameworks
  • Current Working with Children's Check (WWCC for NSW)
  • Australian citizenship or PR holder
