This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and developing customer service teams, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service team, including managing staff performance, developing and implementing customer service strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results. They will also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with experience in developing and implementing customer service training programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing a team of customer service specialists

  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
