Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Residential Logistics Support Officer to join our team.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to council clients and residents, responding to enquiries and service requests in a timely manner.
  • Act as the key liaison between customers and operations, ensuring clear communication and resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate data, records, and files relating to residential services, with strong attention to detail.
  • Utilise computer systems, including Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, to manage information, track performance, and generate reports.
  • Handle challenging customer interactions effectively, managing expectations while upholding service standards in a busy call centre environment.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience in customer service or call centre environments, with the ability to manage high call volumes.
  • Proven ability to handle difficult customer interactions professionally while setting clear service expectations.
  • High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail when managing data, records, and reporting.
  • National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Transport / logistics experience is a bonus but not essential
