Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all of our sites are maintained to the highest standard, providing an exceptional experience for our guests and ensuring a safe environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our General Manager and Project Manager to gain a deep understanding of our infrastructure and develop effective maintenance procedures.

Main Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate maintenance works, conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Work with the General Manager to prioritize maintenance requirements and manage budgets effectively.
  • Liaise with tradespeople as required to scope and quote minor project or repair work.
  • Establish and maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks, including services, reactive, and proactive activities.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure cleaning and maintenance checklists are completed regularly.
  • Support the commissioning of new sites, including installation and assembly of new furniture and equipment.
  • Prepare regular reports on preventative schedules, reactive logs, and project updates.
