Home Care Support Worker

Our team is looking for a skilled and compassionate Home Care Support Worker to provide exceptional care to our clients living independently in their own homes.

  • Personal care (assisting with dressing, showering, and grooming)
  • Medication assistance
  • Planning and preparing meals
  • Encouraging and facilitating social engagement
  • Helping with light domestic duties (vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning bathrooms)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Medication Management: Assist clients with taking medication as prescribed by their healthcare provider
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook meals for clients as required
  • Social Engagement: Encourage and facilitate social engagement among clients
  • Light Domestic Duties: Assist clients with light domestic duties such as vacuuming, washing floors, and cleaning bathrooms

Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Individual Support or Community Services, and will be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and support.
