This position presents a fantastic opportunity for development and growth with the SAP SuccessFactors suite.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and vendors. They should be able to ensure business needs are met by incorporating them into technology solutions and align with company values while working in the transportation sector.

The selected candidate will provide administration support across the SAP SuccessFactors suite, manage employee central, competencies, onboarding/offboarding recruitment modules, and reporting requests. They will also serve as the main point of contact for the People Systems team, providing production support, collaborating with HR to create and implement solutions, and reviewing functional and technical requirements with vendors and development teams.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining effective communication with all levels of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administration support across the SAP SuccessFactors suite
  • Manage employee central, competencies, onboarding/offboarding recruitment modules, and reporting requests
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the People Systems team
