As a social visitor at Braeside Hospital, you will have the opportunity to bring joy to each person every time you enter the room. Pushing a trolley with sweet treats and drinks around will be a rewarding experience for both the person you visit and yourself.

This role is ideal for those who want to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Regular visits from volunteers can help improve quality of life and reduce feelings of isolation.

Our aim is to enhance the lives of people receiving care at our hospital by partnering with wonderful individuals like you.

To ensure your safety and the safety of our residents, applicants must be aged 18 years or over and undergo a national police check. You will also be required to meet our immunisation standards for this role.

We are looking for volunteers to commit to either a DAY ROLE on Monday, Wednesday or Sunday from 12pm-1pm or an AFTERNOON ROLE on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday from 4-5pm.
