The HammondCare Volunteer program is a great way for you to make a meaningful difference to the life of an older person, right here in Bega.We're looking for a friendly person who can brighten the day of an older Gentleman in Bega.
He would enjoy the company of a 'Mate' for a cuppa and chat, you could visit 1 hour weekly or fortnightly depending on your availability.Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself.
Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help older people feel less isolated.

Requirements 18 years or older
• National Volunteer Police Check arrangedand paid for by HammondCare
•Working with Vulnerable people checkOne hour per week or fortnight for 6months or longer,between 9am-5pm.
