Position Overview:
As a Principal Industrial Recruiter at Mergent Recruitment Advisory, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent for diverse roles across various locations and industries. This will involve working on delivering entire project teams, shutdown mobilisation, and white-collar leadership roles, playing a pivotal role in identifying top talent for our clients in the resources and renewable sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with top talent in the market for various roles across different industries and locations.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and onboarding processes to ensure the best fit for both the role and the company culture.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to understand and fulfill client requirements effectively.
- Account management of clients, including regular site visits and candidate start-ups.
- Ensure our database is updated with client and candidate information.
- General administration duties.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A proven track record in HR and 360-degree recruitment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good sound knowledge of mining and shutdown work.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
