Mergent Recruitment Advisory, a leading Australian-owned and operated recruitment and labour hire services team, has been recognised for its excellence in the industry. We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our valued team and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and engage with top talent in the market for various roles across different industries and locations.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and onboarding processes to ensure the best fit for both the role and the company culture.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development Manager to understand and fulfill client requirements effectively.
  • Account management of clients including regular site visits and candidate start-ups.
  • Ensure our database is updated with client and candidate information.
  • General Administration duties.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A proven track record in HR and 360-degree recruitment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
