Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Estimator to join our dynamic team at Buildability Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for estimating and pricing multi-million-dollar landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate and price landscaping projects using Benchmark software and MS Excel
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to gather project information
  • Attend tender meetings and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Handover estimates to the construction team
  • Develop business opportunities and grow our client base

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in landscaping, carpentry, building, and/or civil construction
  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Location:

We are open to relocating the right candidate to one of our offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Adelaide, or Perth.
