Banking and Finance Expert

About the Role

This is a mid-senior level position in our Banking and Finance Team. You will collaborate with lawyers across all of our offices, advising clients on financing arrangements related to project, leverage, property, and general corporate financing.

Main Responsibilities
  • Transaction Structuring: Design and document project transactions that meet client requirements.
  • Acquisition and Leverage: Provide expert advice on acquisition and leverage transactions, including due diligence and deal structuring.
  • Property Financing: Offer specialist knowledge on property financing, including loan documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • General Corporate Financing: Advise on general corporate financing, including mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, and equity fundraising.

Requirements
  • Experience working in a Banking and Finance team within a law firm
  • Familiarity with project, leverage, acquisition, property, or corporate finance transactions
  • Ability to work with clients from diverse industries
