
Senior Financial Analyst

The role of a finance analyst involves working closely with business units to support their success and contribute to the bank's strategic goals.
The Finance team operates as a business partner integrated with product and distribution businesses, promoting objectivity and independence in analysis and advice.
This position will join the Performance Management team, responsible for delivering annual expense plans, actuals reporting, and commercial insights to drive performance and strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing generalist support across the annual cycle.
- Producing analysis and insight to drive performance and strategy.
- Preparing high-quality presentations and supporting analysis for senior management.
- Addressing ad-hoc queries from CFO and Group Finance.
Requirements:
- CA/CPA or CFA qualification.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Experience in financial performance management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong teamwork capabilities and risk mindset.
