Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Balance Sheet Management and Interest Rate Risk team, you will be responsible for optimizing and monitoring balance sheet opportunities to support the growth of our rapidly expanding bank.

In this role, you will collaborate with Finance, Product, and Group Treasury teams to optimize the cost of funds and balance sheet outcomes. Your analytical and financial modeling skills will help deliver insights to senior stakeholders, supporting strategic decisions.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Modeling and optimizing the bank's balance sheet
  • Overseeing hedging of fixed-rate products
  • Monitoring interest rate risk metrics to ensure compliance

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in finance, accounting, engineering, actuarial science, or mathematics
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Treasury-related role
  • A solid understanding of financial markets and risk factors, including derivatives
  • Knowledge of treasury concepts like Cost of Funds and Interest Rate Risk
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Experience with SQL, R, or Python is advantageous
