Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your creativity, work with high-quality ingredients, and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

About the Role

As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting menu items that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our Sous and Executive Chefs to develop new menu ideas and drive innovation in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and present both a la carte and casual 'all day' dining menu items
  • Use your creativity and novelty to bring innovation to our team
  • Assist the Sous and Executive Chefs in menu creation and execution
  • Supervise the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef by appropriate delegation of tasks to ensure a smooth service
  • Assist with the ordering and rotation of stock and liaising with front line team members regarding menu changes
Requirements
  • Team Leader or Supervisory experience highly regarded
  • Passion for food and local ingredients
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Friendly and proactive approach in resolving issues
