Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. This full-time permanent opportunity is based in our design and manufacturing facility in Unanderra NSW.

The role will involve varied responsibilities specific to each project or shutdown undertaken, requiring a dynamic skillset to plan, manage and execute.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact with customers for site activities for each project or shut.
  • Management of subcontractor works, including responsibility of the scope, schedule, and quality.
  • Building and developing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Assisting in preparation of quotations.
  • Managing and processing orders utilizing PRONTO ERP package.

Requirements:

  • 5 years post trade experience in Mechanical or Electrical trade.
  • Underground back coal experience.
  • Full Driver License.
  • Demonstrated conveyor knowledge.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Construction white card general induction.
  • Appropriate work license for some or all the following activities such as working at heights, working in confined space, elevated work platform.
  • Exposure to PRONTO or SAP would be beneficial, but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
