Site Supervisor or Projects Manager - Civil

What's on offer: $150k - $180k + Super + vehicle - projects manager; $130k - $150k + Super + Vehicle - Site manager.

About the client and culture

Our client is a family owned contractor with over 60 years in the industry. They are a multiple vertical based business across Civil, Infrastructure, Concreting and Utilities. Due to newly landed Civil construction projects they are seeking an experienced site supervisor and projects manager.

Responsibilities
  • Programming and budgeting the projects
  • Liaise with subbies, clients and consultants on a weekly basis
  • Cost reporting with the Estimators and CAs
  • Site based, travel will be required between sites and the office
  • Work alongside Site Managers to run the job sites
  • Ability to travel between projects and the office, remain in a long-term role and work alongside other office staff and under the director of the business
  • Full drivers license
  • Ability to work full time in an office and on site with regular office hours
  • Manage on site trades and labour
  • Tool box talks
  • All OHS and Safety
