About this role:

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to fill a key position in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing Identity Management solutions using SailPoint products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop Identity Management solutions using SailPoint products.
  • Integrate SailPoint solutions with internal and external systems for automated user provisioning and role management.
  • Develop and customise workflows, connectors, rules, and policies within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
  • Work with Java, XML, and scripting languages (e.g., BeanShell, Groovy) to build and optimise Identity Management solutions.
  • Implement API integrations and ensure alignment with access governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and propose technical solutions that align with organisational security policies and standards.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for SailPoint integration with other systems.
  • Participate in testing phases to ensure Identity Management solutions meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and provide clear communication to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working with SailPoint IdentityIQ and IdentityNow.
  • Strong background in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Proficiency in Java and scripting languages.
  • Experience working with XML and API development.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and Agile methodologies.
