Job Title: IDAM Business Analyst
We are seeking a seasoned IDAM Business Analyst to join our team in Melbourne or Sydney. This long-term contract opportunity requires strong expertise in Identity & Access Management solutions.
- 5+ years of experience working with Identity & Access Management solutions;
- Good understanding and exposure to Identity as well as Access Management toolsets, preferably with experience leading IGA toolsets such as SailPoint;
- Understanding of Identity Governance (IGA), Access Management, Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes, and Integrations within the enterprise landscape;
- Experience working on large IAM engagements with 3+ years of experience working as an IDAM solution Business Analyst;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with documentation skills;
- Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders and strong analytical, problem-solving, and consultative skills;
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level support to customers and internal stakeholders;
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Identity and Access Management solutions;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project delivery;
