Enterprise Identity Solution Architect

The successful candidate will work closely with data, architecture, and security teams to design and deliver an enterprise-wide identity and access management solution.
Key responsibilities include defining business rules for identity lifecycle, provisioning, authentication, and access controls, as well as translating business needs into functional specifications & solution designs.
A key aspect of the role is ensuring governance, compliance, and seamless access for users across the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to analyse and document business processes & rules, as well as experience with IAM technology such as Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, MDM (Informatica).
Additional skills required include proven stakeholder management skills, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to mixed audiences.
Working closely with stakeholders, the Business Analyst will gather, analyse, and document IAM requirements to support the development of future-ready IDAM solutions.
Requirements- 5+ yrs as a Business Analyst (Security/IDAM focus preferred)
- 1+ yr hands-on IDAM experience (Identity Governance, Access Management, PAM)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
