Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Operational Project Coordinator to oversee operational workflows, coordinate maintenance activities, and ensure the seamless execution of projects.

The ideal candidate will maintain regular communication with vendors/subcontractors, internal entities, field technicians, and clients, process maintenance documents, and assist with onboarding and mobilization of new personnel.

Key responsibilities include coordinating procurement, overseeing site travel arrangements, maintaining electronic records, and ensuring compliance with business policies and environmental, health, and safety rules.

  • Maintain effective working relationships internally and externally.
  • Coordinate procurement and fleet management.
  • Process maintenance and other documents related to workflow and record-keeping.
