Project Coordinator Role

As a critical team member, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational success. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented project coordinator to join our team.

  • Manage contracts, purchasing, and supplier negotiations for seamless project delivery.
  • Coordinate materials, resources, schedules, and deliveries to keep projects on track.
  • Oversee accounts: invoicing, purchase orders, payables/receivables, supplier accounts, and debtor follow-up.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts, budgets, and monthly summaries to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain compliance records (insurance, registrations, licences) to ensure regulatory adherence.

You will be responsible for building strong client and supplier relationships by acting as a trusted, responsive contact and resolving issues proactively. Additionally, you will support innovation and growth by researching new technologies and identifying process improvements and efficiency gains.
