We are seeking an experienced Operations Finance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our supply chain and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Costing: Support the ANZ and Global teams with respect to costing analysis, including product costing set-up, roll-up, analysis, and maintenance.
  • Establish an Operations Finance reporting framework, leveraging zero-base and standard costing concepts, incorporating manufacturing efficiencies, overheads, and commodity inflation.
  • Demonstrate knowledge across the value chain to drive P&L outcomes, supporting Supply Chain leaders through insightful analysis and value-add propositions.
  • Support month-end close processes and monthly reporting on Supply Chain performance, assisting in the preparation of monthly reporting and providing insights and commentary.
  • Perform variance analysis and present outcomes to key stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Operations team to establish a robust annual budget.
  • Proactively participate in improving processes, tools, and systems to improve controls and process efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Previous Operations Finance exposure and analytical experience in a consumer product, supply chain, or manufacturing environment.
  • Solid experience with reporting and data analysis, being able to draw insights and tell the story behind the numbers.
  • P&L and cash flow understanding.
  • Critical thinking and a curious mindset.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Being comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for process improvement.
