We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Analyst to join our growing Finance team at Stryker. As a key member of our sales division, you will utilise data-driven insights and modelling to drive financial outcomes. Your expertise will be instrumental in forecasting and budgeting cycles, partnering with sales stakeholders to provide visibility, draw insights, and influence change.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain sales reporting and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  2. Own end-to-end P&L management, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
  3. Provide pricing support and margin analysis for tenders and sales deals, driving margin improvement
  4. Conduct scenario modelling for customer negotiations and rebate deals with external partners
  5. Design and implement performance dashboards for new product launches in Spine Enabling Technology
  6. Deliver analytical support to the Commercial Manager, Sales, and Marketing business partners
  7. Undertake ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects as required
