This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional looking to take their career to the next level. As a Senior Business Analyst, Sales Finance, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our sales team, shared service center, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the relationship with the shared service center, customer fulfillment, and local sales team to ensure delivery of KPIs for working capital, minimize accounts receivable, and facilitate timely resolution of open deductions and outstanding invoices.
  • Provide financial analysis and commercial support to sales managers and influence key stakeholders to achieve financial targets.
  • Support the S&OP forecast process by providing sales and profit variances analysis, key commercial and finance insights.
  • Act as a key business advisor and provide support analysis to the sales team, including financial evaluation of business proposals and investments.
  • Support month-end activities by reviewing trade spend accruals and preparing account reconciliations, providing detailed variance analysis and commentary on financial results to key stakeholders in ANZ.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in finance, preferably in FMCG or Big 4.
  • Experience managing trade spend credits and reconciliations within the retail grocery segment.
  • Knowledge of accounts receivable, DSO management, account reconciliations, and month-end reporting processes.
  • Advanced commercial focus and financial acumen.
  • Strong computer skills, Microsoft Office, BPC, SAP, and advanced MS Excel essential.
