Job Overview

We are seeking highly skilled professionals to provide critical incident response services in South Australia. The role involves delivering emergency support, planned support services, disaster response, and incident forums using Psychological First Aid and stepped care to support our clients.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide psychosocial interventions, support, and counselling.
  • Apply trauma management expertise and consultancy services with a minimum of 3 years experience; 3-5 years experience is desirable.
  • Assess workplace issues, identify intervention programs, and provide solution-focused advice to achieve outcomes.
  • Work flexibly in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and produce clear reports.
  • Deliver People Assist services where applicable.
  • Demonstrate negotiation and facilitation skills, collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a psychologist or social worker is desirable; training in Psychological First Aid is essential.
  • Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the relevant professional body is required.
  • A current driver's license and own vehicle are necessary for the role.
