Job Title: Medical Partnership Services Administrator

The Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented medical partnership services administrator to join our dynamic team.

This role provides administrative support throughout all phases of partnership program coordination, ensuring smooth execution of reporting, compliance, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with data extraction, aggregation, and program reporting for PHIs, Corporate and HCP partners
  • Conducting eligibility checks and monitoring compliance across medical programs
  • Liaising with clinicians regarding required documentation and follow-up
  • Managing shared inboxes and responding to information requests
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry for program tracking and outcome measures
  • Coordinating invoicing processes in conjunction with the finance team
  • Assisting with event coordination, internal projects, and general administrative tasks

Location: Melbourne VIC Hybrid work arrangement available.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Superior attention to detail accuracy and quality of work
  • Effective time management and organisational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Desirable qualifications include 2+ years administration and/or coordination experience in the medical or allied health industries.
