Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Repair Supervisor to join our team at Maas Group, based in Newcastle NSW.

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end repair or building work process, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Sub-Contractor Management: Build and maintain key relationships with sub-contractors, including surveyors, engineers, and local authorities.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Plan and manage project costs, including forecasting, estimating, quoting, and cost flow control.
  • Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with required WHS legislation and conduct periodic quality audits.
  • Client Satisfaction: Maintain client and customer satisfaction by adhering to contract requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Requirements:
  • Experience: Industry experience in Building Supervising or Project Management.
  • Certifications: Certificate III in Building, Diploma in Construction Management, or similar trade qualification.
  • Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, problem-solving ability, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Education: Relevant OH&S Induction Construction Cards and a valid driver's license.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of building methodologies and sequences, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills.

This role offers a competitive salary range of AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
