Collision Repair Specialist

We are currently seeking a skilled Body Builder to join our team in Newcastle, NSW. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage and determining the best course of action for restoration.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Evaluating vehicle damage to determine the most effective restoration method
- Maintaining and utilizing chassis crush equipment to ensure high-quality repairs
- Treating company equipment with respect and ensuring its proper use
- Communicating with Parts Interpreters to identify additional parts required for repairs
- Collaborating with workshop colleagues to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Notifying supervisors of any product shortages that may impact production
- Reviewing daily schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Trade qualifications in a relevant field
- Mechanical knowledge and aptitude for technical activities
