We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In Home Support Worker to join our team in Rockhampton. As an In Home Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personalized care and support to clients in line with their care plans
  • Undertaking domestic duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Assisting with daily tasks, such as shopping and transport
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to provide holistic care

What We Offer

  • NFP Salary Packaging and entertainment and meals card totalling $18,550 per year

Requirements

  • Current Police Screening Certificate
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
  • A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance
  • Current Queensland driver's licence
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Hepatitis B, Varicella (Chicken Pox) & Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
  • Good computer and mobile device skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role
