Job Description

As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, we are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to take on a leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapy to a varied caseload, providing supervision and support to junior team members, leading complex client planning and team collaboration, contributing to service design and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver therapy to children and adults with varying speech and language needs
  • Supervise and mentor junior clinicians to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Lead complex client planning and team collaboration to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform clinical decision-making
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience as a Speech Pathologist, preferably in a leadership or mentoring role
  • Strong clinical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders
  • Registration with the relevant professional body (e.g. SPA) and adherence to relevant codes of conduct
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to different locations as required
