Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving

  • Maintain project records, reports, and documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring project continuity and minimizing losses

  • Analyze project progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A tertiary degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, construction management, or business administration

  • Significant experience in project management, preferably in the resources sector

  • Strong knowledge of project delivery methods, applicable codes and specifications associated with resources projects

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project or Primavera P6
