We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Compliance Inspector to join our team at TalentWeb. As a key member of our certification and project management team, you will be responsible for providing civil engineering inspections, development engineering, and certification services for a wide range of subdivisions and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out civil engineering works compliance inspections related to subdivisions and civil infrastructure works.
  • Provide development engineering, subdivision certification, project management, and development engineering services.
  • Project management and construction supervision for a wide variety of road infrastructure and subdivision projects.
  • Meet with clients, councils, Tf NSW, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to successfully deliver projects.
  • Review and apply relevant engineering guidelines and QA documentation.
  • Review, interpret, and assess DA consents and design drawings.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in development engineering, project management, civil works construction compliance, or contractor works for a council, consultant, civil contractor, or Tf NSW.
  • Working knowledge of Council's Engineering Guidelines.
  • Relevant qualification in civil engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience with and good understanding of the subdivision approval process in NSW.
