Job Title: Civil Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer to join our team at IIQAF. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing infrastructure projects that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed designs for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and buildings.
  • Conduct feasibility assessments and site inspections to identify potential issues and opportunities.
  • Prepare and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Research and provide estimates for projects, including costs, materials, and labor.
  • Review and stay up-to-date with government regulations and ordinances related to infrastructure development.
  • Monitor and optimize safety procedures, production processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Make recommendations or present alternative solutions to problems, and effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers.
  • Registration/Licensure as a Professional Engineer may be required.
  • A minimum of 2 years' industry experience may be strongly desired.
  • Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
  • Knowledge of map creation software and photo imaging software.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse group of professionals working on one project.
