About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Practice Lead to join our team at ClearCompany. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in aligning our ICT infrastructure with our business objectives and ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions across all facets of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Strategic Direction: Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive enterprise architecture models that encompass data, information, cyber, and technology domains. Define standards, guidelines, and best practices for architecture design and implementation.
  • Oversee Architecture Practice: Tailor established architecture frameworks (such as TOGAF) in a pragmatic manner to suit the needs of our organization.
  • Establish Governance Frameworks: Ensure compliance with whole-of-government requirements and internal policies.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in ICT, with at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role covering multiple disciplines such as Data, Cyber, and Information Management.
  • Government Experience: Experience in a government or public sector environment is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership qualities with proven experience in leading and developing high-performing teams. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex technical and business requirements and translate them into effective architecture solutions.
