Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Management - Enterprise Asset Management Architect to join our team. As an SCM - EAM Architect, you will play a key role in guiding major customers through their journey to SAP Business Suite with proven strategy, expert delivery, and scalable, lasting impact.

The successful candidate will have excellent understanding of the overall SAP Business Suite across S/4HANA, SSAM, APM, FSM, etc. and how they integrate and should be used in industry context.

From an SCM CoE perspective, you will help customers holistically understand their path from the "old" SCM world into the more advanced Business Suite world including AI, mobility, automated scheduling, and networks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop SAP-centric solution scenarios and needed architecture.
  • Prepare implementation plans and define outcomes that lead to overall customer success.
  • Act as conduit between customer and product management/engineering to prioritise product roadmaps with customer needs.
  • Run/support industry specific round tables and events for SCM and particularly Asset Management.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years professional experience working in mining and/or oil & gas industry as principal consultant/architect.
  • Expert knowledge in SAP EAM and across newer cloud solutions such as SSAM, APM, FSM, BNAC, etc.
  • Clear understanding and hands-on integration experience across other processes and solutions such as RSH/MSO, PS, MM, FI/CO.
  • Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem solving.
  • Excellency in conflict management and de-escalation.
  • Ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading customer project members as SAP project manager (PMI, Six Sigma Black belt, or equivalent certification).
  • Basic knowledge of programming is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of BI, SAC, Datasphere is a plus.
  • Practical experience with process modelling tools Signavio, LeanIX, WalkMe is a plus.
