We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at Barry Plant North Eastern Group. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for conducting door knocking activities, arranging appointments with potential clients, making cold calls, and expanding the client base.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the real estate industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. You will also require an Agent Representative Certificate, full-time availability, ownership of a car, and a valid driver's license.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, gain invaluable experience, and develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting door knocking activities and arranging appointments with potential clients.
  • Making cold calls and database calls to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Assisting in the preparation of listing kits and executing marketing strategies for properties.
  • Assisting with building inspection, private inspections, property photography appointments.
  • Maintaining and updating the database to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering enquiries, and addressing concerns.
  • Assisting at auctions, open houses, and property inspections to support the sales process.

Benefits:
