Retail Consultant Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and promoting our brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify customers' needs and preferences, and provide personalized recommendations that meet their expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to effectively communicate the benefits of our products to customers.
  • Upsell and cross-sell opportunities by informing customers about promotions and sales.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for every customer.
  • Demonstrate our company values in every customer interaction, providing a consistent and professional service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years' experience in retail, preferably in home/lifestyle products.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build strong relationships.
  • Computer literacy and administrative skills, with the ability to balance customer care and administrative duties.
  • A genuine interest in home-styling, furniture, or creating welcoming living spaces is a plus.
